This policy applies to the My Benefits Buddy (Lovable) app and explains how Shelley's team collects and uses information when providing benefit resources and case management/community services. We do not collect personal information unless you are receiving services or you opt in to email communications.

When a Case Manager or Community Worker is servicing a client: we do not store personal data beyond what is needed to provide support. If you opt in to receive information by email: we collect your first name and email address only. We do not collect other personal information by default.
How We Use Your Data
Data collected during service delivery is used to coordinate and provide case management support. If you opt in to email, we use your name and email address solely to send information you requested.
Opting Out of Communications
You can opt out of email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us directly. Opting out will stop future emails, but we may still use information to fulfill service requests.
